Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an overall score of 94.6, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A40's general score of 79.6. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 construction is newer and thinner, but also much heavier than Samsung Galaxy A40.
The Galaxy A40 features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a really smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a little better pixels number per screen inch.
