The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A52s, having a general score of 94.6 against 91.1. Galaxy Z Fold 2 is an older and extremely heavier device than Samsung Galaxy A52s, but Samsung made it thinner anyway. These phones include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding operating system features.
