Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a score of 94.6, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A71 5G UW's general score of 92.9. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 and the Galaxy A71 5G UW were released only a couple months apart, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's design is somewhat thinner but also a lot heavier. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has newer 11 version and Galaxy A71 5G UW has Android 10, providing the user some nice extra features.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy A71 5G UW, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has 4 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy A71 5G UW features a screen that is just as good as the display in Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although the Galaxy A71 5G UW has a quite smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a bit greater amount of pixels in each inch in the display.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW features a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Galaxy A71 5G UW counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and a same size aperture, the Galaxy A71 5G UW also counts with a way better resolution back camera and a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 have very similar battery performance.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy A71 5G UW, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A71 5G UW. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy A71 5G UW, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
