Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a score of 94.6, which is better than the Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 score. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has 11 version and Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides some extra features and improved performance. Galaxy Z Fold 2's construction is a lot newer and somewhat thinner than Galaxy Note 4's, but it's much heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a way smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px, it also counts with a better quantity of pixels per inch of display.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 features much more memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 captures a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a lot lower 12 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a worse video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and video and a lot bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy Note 4, giving up some specs and features.
