Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a global score of 94.6, which is better than the Galaxy Note Fan Edition's global score of 80.4. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 design is a lot newer and thinner, but also noticeably heavier than Galaxy Note Fan Edition. Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a quite lower 1440 x 2560 resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per display inch.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a superior memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have a same resolution camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also counts with better video frame rate and a much bigger back camera sensor which offers a way better photo and video quality.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Z Fold 2, else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, letting go some features and specs.
