The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is better than Galaxy S4, having a 94.6 score against 79. Both devices we are comparing have Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it provides you a lot of extra features and optimized performance. Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a extremely newer and thinner cellphone than Galaxy S4, but it is also incredibly heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and 10 GB more RAM memory.
