The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an overall score of 94.6, which is much better than the Galaxy S7 Active's global score of 75.8. Although the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is noticeably heavier than Galaxy S7 Active, it's thinner and incredibly newer. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater display pixels density.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and 8 GB more RAM. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photography and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because it has a 13% larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold 2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, giving up a couple specs and features.
