Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is much better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, with a general score of 94.6 against 79.6. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is an older and a lot heavier phone than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, but Samsung managed to build it somewhat thinner anyway. Both phones in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has older 11 version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12 version.
Xiaomi 12 Pro features a sharper display than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a much more powerful processor than Xiaomi 12 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has more RAM memory. The Xiaomi 12 Pro takes greater pictures and videos than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light captures, it also counts with a lot larger back camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photos, a back camera with much more megapixels and a much better 7680x4320 video definition.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro features just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because it has a 2% greater battery size.
