Galaxy Z Fold 3 is much better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, getting a 90.6 score against 77. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has the older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a noticeably older and notably heavier phone than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, but Samsung managed to make it thinner anyway.
