Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is much better than Moto G9 Plus, with a 90.6 score against 80.5. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a more recent 11 version while Moto G9 Plus has Android 10 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a newer and extremely thinner phone than the Moto G9 Plus, although it's also heavier.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 counts with just a little better performance than Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 also has a greater amount of RAM.
