Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is better than the Galaxy Note4, having a 90.6 score against 77.6. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 design is noticeably newer and a lot thinner than the Galaxy Note4's, but it is noticeably heavier. The Galaxy Note4 features just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels number in each inch of screen.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note4, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
