The Galaxy J7 Max has a score of 76.1, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Z Fold 4's 73.4 overall score. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy J7 Max has newer 7.0 Nougat version while Galaxy Z Fold 4 has Android 12, so it gives lots of additional features and performance optimizations.
