The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) is slightly better than the Galaxy Z Fold 6, having a global score of 76.5 against 73.9. Both devices in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Z Fold 6 has Android 14 version.
