These devices work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has an older 14 version while Motorola Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition's design is a lot heavier but somewhat thinner than the Motorola Moto Z3.
