The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is better than the Moto Z3 Play, with a overall score of 91.1 against 76.3. Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition's design is heavier but somewhat thinner than the Moto Z3 Play. Moto Z3 Play has a much faster CPU than Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a sharper display than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a just a little worse screen density, it also counts with a better resolution of 1968 x 2184 pixels and a lot larger screen. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a much better camera than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.
The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition features a much longer battery lifetime than Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 47% larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto Z3 Play, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto Z3 Play. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, else you can save some money and buy the Moto Z3 Play, giving up a couple features and specs.
