The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a much better camera than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.

The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition features a much longer battery lifetime than Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 47% larger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto Z3 Play, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto Z3 Play.
