Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, getting a general score of 91.1 against 85.6. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a more recent 14 version while Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has Android 11. Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition's construction is extremely heavier but thinner than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3.
The Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a much better performance than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a little inferior pixel number per inch in the screen, it also counts with a better 1968 x 2184 pixels resolution and a bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition captures greater pictures and videos than Galaxy Z Flip 3, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition also has a lot higher 200 megapixels resolution back-facing camera. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has more internal memory capacity.

Although Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Z Flip 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Z Flip 3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Z Flip 3, giving up some features and specs.
