Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is better than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, getting a 91.1 score against 81. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a newer 14 version while Xiaomi 12S Ultra has Android 12 version, so it provides you some nice extra features.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, because although it has much worse brightness and a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a bit higher 1440 x 3200px resolution.
