The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro, with a 91.1 score against 90. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has newer 14 version and Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has Android 10.
