Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG Arena 2 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Rugby Smart has Android 2.3.5, providing you a couple additional features. Even though the LG Arena 2 is heavier than the Samsung Rugby Smart, it's incredibly thinner and also much newer.
