The LG Phoenix Plus has a general score of 64.9, which is just a bit better than Samsung Rugby Smart's 59.4 score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the LG Phoenix Plus has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and Samsung Rugby Smart has Android 2.3.5 version. The LG Phoenix Plus is a noticeably newer and way thinner phone than the Samsung Rugby Smart, but it is incredibly heavier.

Samsung Rugby Smart features a little more vivid display than LG Phoenix Plus, although it has a way worse 800 x 480px resolution, a lot smaller display and a just a little worse display pixel density. LG Phoenix Plus has a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has 12 GB more internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that holds up to 128 GB.

LG Phoenix Plus has a little better processing power than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has more 1.4 gigahertz processing cores and a larger amount of RAM. The LG Phoenix Plus has a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity. The LG Phoenix Plus features a superior camera than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and video, a much more megapixels camera and a much higher video quality.

In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the LG Phoenix Plus is also the cheapest.
