Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a general score of 83, which is much better than the Samsung W2017's 73.2 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 design is noticeably thinner and just a bit lighter than the Samsung W2017. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung W2017 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it provides you some extra features.

The Galaxy Note8 features a little more vivid display than Samsung W2017, because although it has a just a bit inferior pixel amount in each display inch, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a really bigger screen. Galaxy Note8 features a little better processing power than Samsung W2017, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a greater amount of RAM.

Galaxy Note8's storage to install applications and games is just as good as Samsung W2017's one, both have an external memory slot that allows up to 256 GB and the same 64 GB internal memory.
