Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 is a bit better than the Samsung W2017, with a 77.6 score against 73.2. Xperia Z5's design is much lighter and incredibly thinner than Samsung W2017. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Z5 has older 5.1 version while Samsung W2017 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Xperia Z5 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung W2017, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a bigger screen. Samsung W2017 has a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than Xperia Z5, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 256 GB and 32 GB more internal memory capacity.
