Moto X Play has an overall score of 70.4, which is a little bit better than the Saygus V2's 64.2 overall score. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Moto X Play has newer 5.1 version while Saygus V2 has Android 4.4.4, so it gives lots of additional features. Moto X Play's construction is heavier and thicker than the Saygus V2.
