The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is a little bit better than Sony E2303, with a 64.3 score against 59.9. These devices use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Nexus has the previous 4.3 version and Sony E2303 has Android 5.0 version. The Sony E2303 features an extremely better processing unit than Galaxy Nexus, because it has 1 GB more RAM memory, a 64 bits CPU, a much better graphics processing unit working at 500 megahertz and a higher number of cores.

Samsung Galaxy Nexus features a bit more vivid screen than Sony E2303, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus also counts with a little higher pixels density.
