The ZTE Grand S II is slightly better than the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S, having a overall score of 59.3 against 54. These devices use Android operating system, but ZTE Grand S II has the newer 4.3 version while Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S has Android 4.0.
