The Kyocera Hydro VIBE has a general score of 53.8, which is a little bit better than Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro's global score of 49.3. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Kyocera Hydro VIBE has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro has Android 2.3, so it provides some extra features.
