HTC EVO 4G has an overall score of 50.3, which is a bit better than Sony Ericsson Xperia X1's 45.9 score. Even though the HTC EVO 4G is somewhat heavier than Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, it's a lot thinner and also much newer. HTC EVO 4G has Android 2.3 operating system, while Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 counts with Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 operating system.

The HTC EVO 4G has a superior processing power than Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the HTC EVO 4G also has an extra graphics processor and more RAM memory. The HTC EVO 4G and Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 feature similar displays, because although the HTC EVO 4G has a much worse pixel quantity per inch in the screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 480px, it also counts with a way larger screen.
