Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 II is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 3, with a general score of 91 against 86.3. Even when the Sony Xperia 1 II and the Asus ROG Phone 3 were only released with a couple of months difference, the Sony Xperia 1 II is notably lighter and thinner. The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a little faster processing unit than Sony Xperia 1 II, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xperia 1 II features just a bit better looking display than Asus ROG Phone 3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a lot better screen density. Asus ROG Phone 3 shoots greater photographs and videos than Xperia 1 II, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for capturing photos and video in low light environments, and they both have a same size camera sensor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with a camera with a way higher resolution and a way better 7680x4320 video definition.
The Xperia 1 II has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 3, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1000 GB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 has a really longer battery duration than Sony Xperia 1 II, because it has a 50% larger battery capacity.
