Xperia 1 II is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, having a score of 91 against 87.4. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Xperia 1 II has a more recent 11 version while Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has Android 10 version, so it counts with some additional features and optimized performance. Although Xperia 1 II and Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition were released with only a few months difference, Xperia 1 II is noticeably lighter and extremely thinner.

The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a little faster processor than Xperia 1 II. Both have the same number of cores and 8 GB of RAM. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a much better battery life than Sony Xperia 1 II, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.
