Comparison review
Xperia 1 II is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, having a score of 91 against 87.4. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Xperia 1 II has a more recent 11 version while Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has Android 10 version, so it counts with some additional features and optimized performance. Although Xperia 1 II and Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition were released with only a few months difference, Xperia 1 II is noticeably lighter and extremely thinner.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a little faster processor than Xperia 1 II. Both have the same number of cores and 8 GB of RAM. Xperia 1 II counts with a bit more vivid screen than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with way more pixels per screen inch and a way better 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with a much better camera than Sony Xperia 1 II, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs or video in low light situations, and they both have the same sensor size, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also counts with a lot higher video definition and a back camera with a lot better resolution.
Xperia 1 II features much more memory for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xperia 1 II also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a much better battery life than Sony Xperia 1 II, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.
