Xperia 1 II is better than LG G8X ThinQ, having a score of 91 against 82.7. The Xperia 1 II is a a little lighter and just a little thinner phone than the LG G8X ThinQ, even though they were only released 7 months apart. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 II has the newer 11 version and LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10, providing you some extra features.

The LG G8X ThinQ and Sony Xperia 1 II both feature really similar processors, and although the LG G8X ThinQ has 2 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xperia 1 II counts with a sharper screen than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a little bit bigger screen and a lot more pixels per screen inch.
