Xperia 1 II is a bit better than the Moto G100, having a 91 score against 88.9. These phones have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. Xperia 1 II's construction is lighter and somewhat thinner than Moto G100, although it was released about 11 months before.

The Xperia 1 II has a more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G100, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixel number per screen inch and a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
