Xperia 1 II is just a bit better than the Galaxy A50s, with a general score of 91 against 86.6. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Xperia 1 II has the newer 11 version while Galaxy A50s has Android 10 version, providing you lots of additional features. The Xperia 1 II is a just a bit heavier and a little bit thicker device than Galaxy A50s.

The Xperia 1 II counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A50s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 II also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Sony Xperia 1 II has a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy A50s, because it has a way higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution, a much greater number of pixels per inch of display and a little bigger screen.
