The Xperia 1 II has an overall score of 91, which is better than the Galaxy Note 5's overall score of 79.3. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 II has a newer 11 version while Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1 version, counting with some extra features. Xperia 1 II's body is newer, but a little thicker and a bit heavier than Galaxy Note 5.

The Sony Xperia 1 II has a better processor than Galaxy Note 5, because it has more RAM and a larger number of cores (and they are faster).
