The Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is a little bit better than Xperia 1 II's 91 general score. Both phones in this comparison review work with the same Android 11 OS. Even being the best in our current comparison, Galaxy S21 Ultra is a thicker and extremely heavier phone than Xperia 1 II.
