The Sony Xperia 1 II is better than Galaxy S5, having a general score of 91 against 80.8. Although the Sony Xperia 1 II is somewhat heavier than the Galaxy S5, it's just a bit thinner and much newer. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia 1 II has the older 11 version and Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version.

Sony Xperia 1 II has a little better performance than Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and 4 more CPU cores.
