Comparison review
Xperia 1 II is just a bit better than the Xperia 1 VI, getting a 91 score against 83.2. Both phones in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Xperia 1 II has 11 version while Xperia 1 VI has Android 14. The Xperia 1 II features a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia 1 VI, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1644 x 3840, the Xperia 1 II also counts with a bit greater pixels density.
The Xperia 1 VI has just a bit bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia 1 II, and although they both have the same 256 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia 1 VI also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The Sony Xperia 1 II features a very superior processing unit than Sony Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Xperia 1 VI captures much better photographs and videos than Xperia 1 II, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xperia 1 VI also counts with a back camera with a much better 48 MP resolution, a larger sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality and better video frame rate.
The Sony Xperia 1 VI has superior battery performance than Sony Xperia 1 II, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
