The Xperia 1 II has a general score of 91, which is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia 5 III's 90.5 global score. These phones have the same Android 11 OS, so they should provide you the same operating system features. The Xperia 1 II is an older and a bit heavier phone than Sony Xperia 5 III, but Sony could make it a bit thinner anyway.
