Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is much better than the Apple iPhone 6's global score of 79.2. Xperia 1 III counts with Android 11 OS, while Apple iPhone 6 comes with iOS 8.x OS. Even though the Xperia 1 III is much newer than the Apple iPhone 6, it's thicker and extremely heavier. The Xperia 1 III has a bit sharper screen than Apple iPhone 6, because it has a really larger screen, a much higher amount of pixels per inch in the display and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels.
Xperia 1 III has just a little better performance than iPhone 6, because although it has a 32-bit CPU against 64-bits and doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory. Xperia 1 III has much more memory to store more apps and games than iPhone 6, because it has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Xperia 1 III has a lot better camera than iPhone 6, because it has a way bigger aperture to take better images and video in low light environments, a back camera with much more MP, a lot larger back-facing camera sensor and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution. Xperia 1 III has a very superior battery performance than Apple iPhone 6, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Apple iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Apple iPhone 6. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Xperia 1 III, else you can save some dollars and get the Apple iPhone 6, letting go a couple specs and features.
