The Xperia 1 III is a lot better than the HTC U Ultra, getting a 93.3 score against 77. The Xperia 1 III construction is incredibly newer, but just a little thicker and a little bit heavier than HTC U Ultra. Xperia 1 III counts with a little bit better looking screen than HTC U Ultra, because it has a little higher amount of pixels per inch of screen, a better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a little bit larger display.
Xperia 1 III counts with just a bit better processing power than HTC U Ultra, because it has 4 more processing cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Sony Xperia 1 III shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same video resolution and a back camera with a 12 mega pixels, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality, faster 120 fps video frame rates and a larger aperture.
