Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is a lot better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite's overall score of 76.2. The Xperia 1 III body is notably newer than the Huawei Mate 20 lite's, but it is a little heavier and a bit thicker. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 III has older 11 version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Xperia 1 III features a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a much better pixel count per inch in the screen, a little bit bigger display and a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840px.
