The Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is much better than the Huawei Mate 8's 77.4 general score. The Xperia 1 III body is extremely newer than Huawei Mate 8's, but it is a little thicker and just a little heavier. The Sony Xperia 1 III has a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
Sony Xperia 1 III features a sharper screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a little bigger screen, a lot higher display pixel density and a way better 1644 x 3840px resolution. The Xperia 1 III features a much bigger storage to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 8, because it has 256 GB internal storage and an external memory slot that admits up to 1 TB.
The Xperia 1 III counts with a superior camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a lot lower resolution back camera, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture to take better photography and videos in poorly lited situations.
