Comparison review

Sony Xperia 1 III is way better than the LG G3, getting a global score of 93.3 against 76.4. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia 1 III has a newer 11 version and LG G3 has Android 5.0, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. The Sony Xperia 1 III design is way newer and a little thinner than LG G3's, although it's noticeably heavier.

The Sony Xperia 1 III has a little bit better performance than LG G3, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and more cores. The LG G3 counts with a bit sharper screen than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a lot lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a bit worse pixel amount per inch of display and a quite smaller screen.

The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much better camera than LG G3, because although it has a lesser MP camera and a lower (4K) video definition, it also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking much better quality photographs and videos and a much bigger camera aperture to capture better low light photography.

Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than LG G3, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage. The Xperia 1 III counts with a much better battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 50% greater battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Sony Xperia 1 III, otherwise you can save some money and get the LG G3, letting go a couple specs and features.
