The Sony Xperia 1 III is slightly better than Motorola Edge 20, having a 93.3 score against 86.1. Although it's the best in this comparison review, Sony Xperia 1 III's construction is heavier and thicker than Motorola Edge 20. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System).
