The Xperia 1 III is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 20 Lite, having a 93.3 score against 87.1. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding OS features. Xperia 1 III's construction has the same thickness than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, but it is a little bit heavier.
