The Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 20 Pro's 92.8 score. These devices come with Android OS, but the Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version while Motorola Edge 20 Pro has Android 12. The Xperia 1 III construction is a little bit thicker but just a little bit lighter than Motorola Edge 20 Pro, and they were released with only 2 months difference.

Motorola Edge 20 Pro counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Sony Xperia 1 III. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
