Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra's score of 87.1. Despite of the fact that Xperia 1 III is notably older than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, it's design is a little lighter and a little thinner. These phones come with Android OS, but the Xperia 1 III has the older 11 version and Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has Android 14 version.

The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a way better hardware performance than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra. Both of them have 8 processing cores and 12 GB of RAM.
