The Sony Xperia 1 III is a bit better than Motorola Moto G200 5G, getting a score of 93.3 against 86.2. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Even though the Sony Xperia 1 III and the Motorola Moto G200 5G were only released with a couple months difference, the Sony Xperia 1 III is a bit thinner and a little lighter.
