The Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is much better than the Moto G60s's 79.9 global score. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 operating system, so both should give all the same OS features. The Sony Xperia 1 III design is lighter and thinner than Moto G60s. The Xperia 1 III counts with a bit superior CPU than Moto G60s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Xperia 1 III has a much better looking screen than Motorola Moto G60s, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a lot more pixels per screen inch.
