Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is a lot better than the Moto G9 Play's global score of 76.7. The Sony Xperia 1 III is a newer phone, and it is also somewhat thinner and a bit lighter than the Moto G9 Play. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia 1 III has newer 11 version while Moto G9 Play has Android 10 version, providing a couple nice extra features and a performance increase.
The Xperia 1 III features a little faster processor than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Xperia 1 III features a much better display than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xperia 1 III also has a lot higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and much more pixels per inch of display.
Xperia 1 III features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Moto G9 Play, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Moto G9 Play has just a little bit longer battery performance than Xperia 1 III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Moto G9 Play features a little bit better camera than Sony Xperia 1 III, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same camera aperture, the same 1920x1080 video definition and a same size sensor, the Moto G9 Play also counts with a camera with way more MP.
