Xperia 1 III is a lot better than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, with a 93.3 score against 77.4. The Xperia 1 III construction is notably newer than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play's, although it is thicker and noticeably heavier. Xperia 1 III counts with a bit superior CPU than Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

The Xperia 1 III counts with a better screen than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a larger display, a way better 1644 x 3840 resolution and way more pixels per inch of screen. The Sony Xperia 1 III features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory capacity.
